Objection Form Login
To object to your name, home address, email address and personal telephone number being disclosed to Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s attorneys, you must complete an Objection Form submitted online or postmarked on or before August 24, 2026.
To start your online objection form, you must login with your LoginID and PIN. You can find your ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID and PIN, please contact the Administrator by emailing info@FAProposedClassAction.com. Please request your ID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

If your address or contact information changes, you must update the Administrator as soon as possible to ensure you receive your payment by email at info@FAProposedClassAction.com or by calling (toll-free) (833) 421-7327.
All Objection Forms are subject to a verification process.
